When we "post" on social media, we are sharing our lives with our friends, family or the public. Okay, why would we want to post? I think we post to stay in touch or provide our readers something we think might be interesting or helpful. I know this is why I do it. I have always been interested in writing; I have dabbled in fiction; non-fiction and satire over the years; but always as a hobby. In 2002, I accepted the Lord Jesus as my Savior. Soon after, I wanted to share all the good things happening to me as a new Christian. God had given me my interest in writing; as well as other giftings, and then called me to use writing to communicate with others about Him.
Social media can be a good medium for sharing the "Good" News. Many of us already post our faith on Facebook, Twitter and other venues. I too, enjoy reading my friends' inspired posts. Back in 2006, I started posting what I was being inspired to write for the ministry of our Lord. My page was and is: https://meltoncarr.blogspot.com.
